“The court expert has not appeared, because he received the summons today,” said Prosecutor Dragan Corlija.

Hariz Habibovic, former reserve policeman with “Stupari” police station, is charged with having participated, together with two other persons, in the beating of Ladimir Dragic, who got severe body injuries, at the beginning of June 1992. On that same night Dragic committed suicide by hanging himself.

A new hearing is scheduled for September 24, when a medical expert witness will be examined and State Prosecution’s material evidence presented.
